Getting started with Kincode: A step-by-step guide

This guide will walk you through the main features and functionalities of the Kincode platform's home screen. You’ll learn how to access your account, view pending tasks, understand your company’s values, manage time tracking (if enabled), and explore the home page’s layout. Other platform features and tools will be explained in separate articles. Let’s get started!

Step 1: Access Kincode platform

Go to the Kincode platform: https://platform.kincode.com

Step 2: Review your pending tasks

At the top of the home screen, you'll find the "Your Pending Tasks" section. This area displays any actions you need to complete within the platform. If there are no tasks, you'll see a confirmation message.

Step 3: Learn about your company's values

Below the pending tasks, you'll find the "Our Values" section. This highlights the core principles of your company, helping you better understand and align with the organizational culture.

Step 4: Manage time tracking (if enabled)

On the right side of the screen, you'll see the "Clock In" module, where you can log your working hours.

• If you're already clocked in, the timer will display the elapsed time since your last entry.

• To stop tracking, simply click the red button.
