¿How to follow your onboarding?
Start off strong with a structured onboarding experience.
If your company has activated the onboarding module in Kincode, you'll see a personalized plan when you log in. This plan will guide you through your first steps, key tasks, and help you get familiar with the culture, tools, and people from day one.

If your company has this feature activated in Kincode, setting them up is quick and easy.
Step 1: Access your onboarding plan
Inside the platform, go to the "My Plan" section. Here you'll see your progress, your assigned buddy, and your manager.
Step 2: Explore the onboarding tabs
Your plan may include different tabs such as:

Welcome: A welcome message from leadership or your team.

Our Culture: An introduction to the company’s values and principles.

Tools: Access to essential tools to get started.

Team: Tasks like scheduling 1:1s or meeting your team.
Step 3: Complete your assigned tasks
Mark each task as completed as you progress. Some tasks might depend on others (e.g., tool access managed by a colleague).
